Lift, prosthesis, hip augmentation, or suctioning

Aging, weight loss, or pregnancy can cause sagging of muscles and hips adipose tissue.

This deformation happens in two ways:

1. Tissue volume reduction in the upper hip area with a concavity

2. Tissue volume increase in the lower hip area with a concavity.

Hips lift surgery can be performed alone or at the same time as hip augmentation or suctioning.

Rejuvenation hips lifting methods include the following:

1. Lifting hips tissue by open surgery

2. Correction of lines and deep dimples under the hips

3. Brazilian hips-lifting style

4. Hips lifting by prosthesis

In hip lifting, after preoperative marking, the skin is cut by the open method, and after separating the fat and excess skin, the tissue is lifted and sutured again to regenerate and rejuvenate the hip’s shape. This is done by making a cut across the lower back and upper hips that is easily covered by the panties.

Hips suction – Body- sculpting

The body’s tendency to accumulate fat in the hips and sides can be inherited. Fat accumulation in these areas is often resistant to strenuous diets or regular exercise, and for many people has become an unsolvable problem.

One of the most effective methods is body sculpting by suction. Suction can easily remove these fats and coordinate the body’s surface. Sometimes the result can be significantly improved by injecting the removed fat into other areas.

In hip rejuvenation, fat is removed from the following areas by suction:

Lower back and upper hips

Behind the thighs under the hips

Directly below the hip crease

The sides

Brazilian hip lift style:

In this lifting type, hip rejuvenation is often done by self-injecting fat.

In addition to volume the hips and removing wrinkles, fat cells also play an important role in improving skin quality to some extent.

Unlike the open method, the tissue is not separated in this method and there is no suture line. The required fat can be taken from the abdomen, sides, and thighs which is injected into pre-determined areas after washing and centrifugation.

Hip lifting by prosthesis:

Hip lifting can also be done by replacing silicone prostheses. In this method, tissue is not removed from the body. The incision line and sutures are in the upper area and hips midline thus they camouflage well.

Prostheses are made of silicone and have different shapes and sizes. Depending on the body anatomy the prosthesis can be placed on the skin of the muscle, under the skin of the muscle, and even in the middle of the muscle.

The hip lifting risks are low, provided that the surgery is performed by a plastic surgeon who has sufficient experience.

Possible risks of hip lifting

The hip lifting risks are as follows:

Bleeding, infection, local anesthesia, impaired wound healing, widening or ugliness of the suture line, serum accumulating around the prosthesis, and pushing back the prosthesis by the body.

Preoperative recommendations:

The use of drugs that have anticoagulant properties should be discontinued by consulting the physician at least 14 days before the surgery date.

Minimize nicotine and alcohol consumption 4 weeks before the surgery date

Be sure to tell your surgeon if you have any allergies or illnesses.

Be sure to tell your surgeon if you get bruises quickly after a small blow.

If you are employed, take at least 2-3 weeks off.

Postoperative recommendations:

The hips will be swollen and bruised immediately after the surgery, it is recommended to sleep on your stomach for the first nights.

You should wear girdle pants 3-6 weeks after surgery.

Avoid wetting the sutures before pulling them off.

The suture is pulled after 1-3 weeks.

After 2 days, you can take a shower, but avoid swimming for up to 3 months.

Rest at home for at least 2 weeks after surgery.

The suture line will be stiff and red for up to three months after the surgery.

The definitive result will reveal after 6 months to a year.
